Policies

All items are made to order. Because of this, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

River Daze will not accept responsibility for an item that has not arrived in time for a gift or special occasion should it be within our 2 week delivery time.

If an item is required urgently, please email us at via our contact form or directly at riverdaze@hotmail.com with all the relevant information and date required by. We may occasionally be able to rush an order through but please note this may not always be the case and may incur a special delivery charge.

All items are sent via Royal Mail. We wrap all items in bubble wrap and send them in boxes to prevent damage. River Daze will not accept responsibility if an item has been damaged during delivery.

River Daze will ONLY exchange goods if a product is incorrect and the fault lies with Riverdaze e.g an incorrectly spelt name. Should the error lie with the customer supplying incorrect information, a replacement must be paid for again in full.

Your privacy is very important to River Daze. No personal information will ever be shared with others. We highly recommend using Paypal when making payment as this is the safest way to pay.
